Greeting from Virtute Construction We are Hiring..Assistant QS and BillingExperience – 2 to 5 yearsJob Location – Bangalore/BengaluruRole DescriptionThis is a full-time office role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Billing position, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant QS and Billing employee will be responsible for managing the billing process, preparing invoices, Tender work, Project Planning work and assisting in accounting and finance tasks. The role requires effective communication with different stakeholders and maintaining accurate financial records.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.2-5 years of experience in QS and project planning roles.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience in the Billing Process and InvoicingBasic Knowledge of Accounting and FinanceAttention to detail and accuracy in maintaining recordsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using billing software and accounting toolsKey Responsibilities:Contractor & Client Billing, estimates, and budgets.Monitor project progress and prepare schedules.Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Prepare the Project Progress report and expenses tracker.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.2-5 years of experience in QS and project planning roles.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to travel to Maruthi Layout, Dasarahalli, Bengaluru- 560024Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a dynamic team.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive compensation package.If you meet the criteria and are ready to take on an exciting challenge, we’d love to hear from youHow to Apply:Send your updated resume to virtuteconstruction@gmail.com
