As one of the early hires in the finance function, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, with a strong focus on accounts receivables, collections, and reconciliation. You'll work closely with the leadership team to ensure financial discipline and support sustainable growth.RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Generate and issue invoices for subscriptions and services. Track outstanding payments and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely collections. Investigate and resolve billing queries or discrepancies with clients and internal teams. Maintain accurate financial records, updating customer accounts and reconciling payments. Prepare and share regular AR reports, flagging overdue accounts and potential risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing and collection processes. What Makes You a Great Fit: Strong understanding of collections and reconciliation processes. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in an early-stage, dynamic environment. Prior experience (1+ years) in SaaS accounting or AR operations is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in ensuring financial accuracy. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach to collections.
