Job OverviewSyntasa is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver client-facing programs and projects. This individual contributor role requires strong background in program and project management, excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills, and ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with both internal and external partners.Lead client-facing programs end-to-end - from kickoff through delivery - ensuring outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.Act as primary program manager in client meetings, steering discussions toward clarity, alignment, and next steps.Manage stakeholder communications across multiple levels (executive, business, and technical) with clear, concise, and proactive updates. Confidently represent Syntasa in client presentations, reviews, and status updatesPartner cross-functionally with Account Management, Services/Engineering to coordinate resources, define priorities, and proactively manage risks.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation and oversee project governance and program reporting. Maintain high-quality delivery documentation, reports, and decks that clearly communicate progress and results.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, sharing best practices, and supporting the evolution of the PMO and delivery frameworks.
