Job Title: Research Coordinator-Microbiome & Disease/ Clinical & Microbiome Study SpecialistLocation: BengaluruJob Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Science- Research & Development  About the Role:We are seeking a scientifically driven, detail-oriented individual to join our disease-microbiome research team. The selected candidate will bridge clinical understanding of disease progression with microbiome research, supporting study design, execution, and coordination with hospitals, CROs, and internal teams. The role ensures that studies are scientifically rigorous, clinically relevant, and effectively communicated to collaborators and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ·       Contribute to the design of studies exploring disease mechanisms and microbiome interactions.·       Provide clinical insights on disease progression to guide study planning.·       Help integrate microbiome research with clinical understanding of disease.·       Conduct literature reviews to support hypothesis development and protocol design.·       Coordinate with hospitals, CROs, clients, and internal teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations.·       Support interpretation and communication of study findings. Qualifications: ·      MBBS, Master’s/PhD degree in Biomedical Sciences, Translational Medicine, Pharmacology, Immunology, or related fields.·       Strong understanding of disease progression, pathophysiology, and clinical relevance.·       Experience or exposure to study design, translational research, or clinical study support.·       Familiarity with microbiome research or preclinical models is a plus.·       Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.·       Ability to translate clinical and microbiome insights into actionable study plans. Preferred Skills:·       Experience working with client-facing or collaborative research projects.·       Knowledge of omics data (metagenomics, metabolomics, etc.) and data interpretation frameworks.·       Familiarity with animal models or human cohort studies related to microbiome and disease research. What We Offer:·       Opportunity to work at the intersection of science and strategy in a cutting-edge research area.·       A collaborative, idea-driven environment where innovation is valued.
