We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our recruitment processes and HR operations.As a Human Resources Generalist, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment across departments—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles, partnering with Hiring Managers to understand manpower plans and role requirements.You will also drive employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements, maintaining recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring SLAs. Additionally, you will handle the employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions with high quality of hire. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality is crucial for success.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations (IT/Tech hiring preferred).
