Manufacturing Business Analyst Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Business Analyst with strong expertise in the SAP domain and deep understanding of our company's processes.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prepare detailed documentation, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.Work with stakeholders to validate data, conduct testing, and support user acceptance testing.Map business processes to SAP processes and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.Define solutions for Data Analytics, Reporting, and AI-driven insights.Prepare detailed presentations and process flows, ensuring alignment with SAP structure and business needs.Support SAP ERP processes across SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, S/4HANA, Ariba, CFIN, etc.Understand data modeling concepts and work with SQL queries for validations and analysis.Ensure successful delivery of solution components with strong ownership and accountability.Work in Agile environments following Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP principles.Demonstrate strong business process acumen and ability to connect processes to data architecture.Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues across projects and workflows.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing domain (Mandatory).Hands-on exposure to SAP ERP modules: SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, and additional experience with S/4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN.Strong understanding of Data Modeling, SQL, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Proven experience delivering solution design, documentation, and implementation support.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Preferred Skills:Experience in defining analytical and AI-driven solutions.Strong presentation and documentation skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
