Our mission is to empower every child's potential by providing personalized learning journeys.As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in translating our mission into compelling content that resonates with parents and learners globally. Your creative copy will drive engagement, conversion, and brand awareness across various platforms.Create captivating social media campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels.Develop high-converting video scripts, ad creatives, and brand films that showcase our brand tone and values.Write persuasive email marketing campaigns, WhatsApp messages, and website content that aligns with our brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Craft engaging copy for social media campaigns, including but not limited to:Video ads and brand films (scripts, storylines, voiceover copy)Email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp messagesWebsite pages, landing pages, and blog contentPartnership decks, parent communication materials, and product contentCollaborate closely with the design, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure copy aligns with visuals and brand tone.Localize and adapt messaging for international audiences, ensuring authenticity in the Middle Eastern context.Brainstorm campaign ideas that communicate Mentor Match's values and differentiate us from competitors.Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.Edit and proofread copy to ensure grammatical accuracy, tone consistency, and brand alignment.Required Skills & QualificationsAt least 2 years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in-house).Proven experience writing for international markets, preferably in education, parenting, or lifestyle sectors.Strong understanding of English-language nuances, tone, and storytelling for multicultural audiences.Ability to adapt tone—conversational, persuasive, or emotional—depending on the platform.Familiarity with performance-driven marketing and campaign metrics.Bonus: Understanding of Arabic culture, communication tone, or exposure to Middle Eastern marketing trends.What We're Looking ForA storyteller at heart who can make parents feel seen, understood, and inspired.Someone who can turn insights into emotionally resonant, actionable content.A collaborator who loves brainstorming ideas and refining details.Curious about education, parenting, and child development.
