To achieve monthly and overall Personal training revenue from the center with exceptional personal training service adherence to all standard operating procedures.ResponsibilitiesMaintain constant communication with the Operations Team on all aspects of Training experience and Personal Training revenue.Ensure adherence to agreed upon metrics for Training Performance, PT Revenue, PT session completion %, PT renewal %, PT SOP completion %, Trial to pack conversion %, Lead generation, Goal achievement and PT revenue generation on a monthly basis.Ensure Fitness Instructors adhere to all training and workflow standard operating procedures along with leave and shift management if required.Guarantee sufficient training guidance on the gym floor for members to deliver a safe and effective training experience.Smoothly launch new product and experience features at the gym with proactive feedback and insight collection from members and trainers.Proactively take ownership of the proper working of all gym facilities and maintain them.Deliver great personal training experience by maintaining benchmark PR, Pack completion % and success achievement.
