Benchmarking Services OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Benchmark & Market Price Intelligence Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our team.Manage benchmarking engagements and projects using project management skills.Communicate professionally with all levels of team and provider contact.Our ideal candidate will have experience with data mining and building data models, as well as exposure to pricing in the transport (underlay) and IT Infrastructure domain.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand various price models within the ProBenchmark Tool relating to Telecommunications transport ('underlay') and IT Infrastructure business.Review and analyze transport contracts/RFPs/RFIs, rate cards, benchmarks, and related Excel files.Collect and research data using intuition and experience to create business scenarios.Have experience with Access, Dedicated Internet, Broadband, MPLS/VPN services.Experience with Unified Communications, Mobile Services, and Long-Distance voice services is highly desirable.Knowledge of non-linear pricing models such as piecewise linear or power-law models is desirable.Demonstrate proficiency in navigating internal & external resources to validate customer/market requirements.Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.Liaise with onsite consultants to provide clear responses to pricing questions.Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain a comprehensive agenda for outstanding requests.Monitor, audit, and analyze Pricing Models to ensure risks are identified and corrected.Design and develop Pricing Models and perform routine maintenance.RequirementsAt least 3-5 years of experience with a carrier, MNC company, major outsourcing service provider or consulting firm.Expert level of skill in Microsoft Excel.Expert level of skills in AI tools such as CoPilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity AI.Strong analytical skills coupled with effective communication skills.Strong organization and project-management skills.Experience developing and delivering presentations.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on new challenges and contribute to our team's success.
