Persales & Solution ConsultantKey Responsibilities:- Lead a Team of Solution Specialists, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues and ensuring smooth project delivery.- Oversee the development of tailored technical solutions for clients, ensuring they meet business objectives.- Design, implement, and optimize outcome-based pricing constructs for presales proposals.- Ensure the Solution Specialists are continuously upskilling in the latest AI tools and technologies.- Collaborate with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of AI and other solutions into client proposals.- Monitor the progress of ongoing pre-sales engagements and provide regular feedback to team members.- Develop and implement strategies to improve pre-sales activities, leveraging AI tools and technologies to streamline processes.- Drive internal collaboration and knowledge sharing within the presales team.Skills Needed:- Proven leadership experience in managing a pre-sales team, with the ability to drive collaboration and deliver results.- Strong understanding of AI's impact on the services industry, particularly in automation and digital transformation.- Extensive experience with AI tools (e.g., machine learning, NLP, robotic process automation) and their application in presales.- Expertise in designing and implementing outcome-based pricing models aligned with client KPIs and business objectives.- Strong experience in solution architecture, client-facing engagements, and pre-sales activities.- Ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Solution Specialists, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple presales engagements simultaneously.- Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions and leading a successful presales team.About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level as a Persales & Solution Consultant.
