EDI ExpertThis is a senior position for an expert in EDI solutions, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EDI systems using IBM Sterling. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industry standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, as well as hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and their integration with EDI processes.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, Maintain and Troubleshoot EDI Solutions: Utilize IBM Sterling to support seamless electronic data interchange with business partners.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Integrate EDI with OMS to ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.Manage and Support EDI Mapping, Translation, and Communication Processes: Work with trading partners to onboard, test, and maintain EDI connections.Monitor and Resolve EDI-Related Issues: Identify and resolve transmission errors, mapping discrepancies, and communication failures.Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Adhere to industry standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, as well as company-specific EDI requirements.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Equivalent experience may be considered.Proven Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File Gateway.Extensive Knowledge of EDI Standards: Familiarity with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and industry-specific transaction sets.Hands-On Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS): Integration with EDI processes.Strong Understanding of EDI Mapping, Document Translation, and Communication Protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTP.Ability to Troubleshoot and Resolve Complex EDI Issues: Across multiple platforms.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.What We OfferA Challenging and Rewarding Career OpportunityA Collaborative and Dynamic Work EnvironmentOpportunities for Professional Growth and Development
