Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives, engage with CXO‑level stakeholders, and ensure rigorous project governance. The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of proven project and program management experience, be PMP or Scrum certified, and possess strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Key Responsibilities- End‑to‑End Project Delivery: Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects on time, within scope, and on budget while adhering to governance standards.- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Coordinate teams across IT, operations, finance, and business units to achieve project objectives.- CXO Interaction: Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior executives.- Governance & Compliance: Establish project charters, maintain documentation, conduct regular governance reviews, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.- RFP Management: Lead the preparation, issuance, evaluation, and negotiation of Request‑for‑Proposal processes for new initiatives or vendor engagements.- Reporting & Analytics: Produce high‑quality reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for executive review.- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; track issues and implement corrective actions.- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.- Time Management & Prioritization: Balance multiple simultaneous projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Required Qualifications & Certifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).- Experience: 7–12 years of project and/or program management experience, with a track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects.- RFP Experience: Demonstrated involvement in end‑to‑end RFP processes.Desired Skills & CompetenciesCategoryDetailsProject & Program ManagementStrong knowledge of PM methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and program lifecycle management.Cross‑Functional ManagementAbility to lead diverse teams and manage inter‑departmental dependencies.Executive CommunicationExcellent written and verbal communication; adept at preparing executive‑level presentations.Tool ProficiencyAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data visualization) and PowerPoint for compelling reporting.Governance & ComplianceExperience establishing project governance frameworks and controls.Analytical ThinkingStrong problem‑solving skills, data‑driven decision making.Time ManagementProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.Leadership & InfluenceAbility to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus.
