The candidate will bring proven experience in accounting, particularly within Legal Entity Accounting, and will partner across functions such as finance teams, business units, customer service, procurement, tax to ensure flawless, accurate, and compliant data.Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of daily reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data while ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and accounting standards, meeting all corporate and regional deadlines.Collaborate with accounting, finance, and legal teams to resolve discrepancies and escalations.Maintain and improve reconciliation processes, implementing best practices and automation where applicable.Support Legal Entity Accounting activities, ensuring accurate allocation, reporting, and compliance.Prepare and review reconciliation reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting B2G transactions and accounting standards.Key point of contact for Johnson & Johnson local markets and local authorities in relation to the reporting obligationsTaking part in projects to participate in establishing new processes for simplification, standardization, and automation within an international environment.Coordinating the data & information flows between the Johnson & Johnson local teams, Global services accounting teams and Local AuthoritiesLead a team of up to 6 ATR Senior Finance Analysts/Finance AnalystsCareer grow conversations, personal development, motivation and feedback, compensation planning, team coaching.QualificationsEducation:Finance Master Degree, Fully qualified accountant or an international qualified accountant equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years post qualified financial experienceExperience and Skills:Required:Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting processes, US and Local GAAP, financial controls and audit requirementsExperience in tax reconciliation, tax compliance and general ledger reconciliationsProficiency in data analysis, financial data validation, and variance investigationHand-on experience with SAP (S/4 Hana and other modules)Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc)Experience in automation tool creation (eg.
