Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) activities, data mapping, and strong technical skills. This role requires the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.This position involves integrating and mapping customer data from client source systems to our industry-leading platform.The successful candidate will possess excellent research and analytical skills, as well as effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Key Responsibilities:Perform ETL activities to ensure accurate and timely data conversions.Develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs while maintaining project governance.Present findings, requirements, and problem statements for ratification by stakeholders and working groups.Identify and document data gaps to allow change impact and downstream impact analysis to be conducted.Requirements:4+ years of experience assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems to meet business objectives.Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions.Working knowledge of ETL methodologies and tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Dell Boomi, etc.Utilize data mapping tools to prepare data for data loads based on target system specifications.Strong SQL scripting experience.Effective communication with clients and/or Project Manager to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration.Collaborate via phone and email with clients and/or Project Manager throughout the conversion/integration process.Demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and others.Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Benefits:Opportunity to work on challenging projects and grow professionally.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Continuous learning and skill enhancement opportunities.Additional Information:Industry: Information Technology & ServicesEmployment type: Full-timeQualificationsSkills and Qualifications:4+ years of experience in data migration and integration.Strong technical skills, including ETL methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.Strong SQL scripting experience.
