(Civil/Environmental/Mechanical)Experience: Experience in Plumbing & Fire Protection design for commercial and residential buildings.Familiarity with Codes and Standards: Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ASPE, IPC, and NFPA Fire codes and standards.Skills: Fixture load calculations and pipe sizing, Pipe pressure drop Calculations and preparation of BOQs, Preparation of layouts, schematics, sections, and plant rooms.
