The Postdoctoral Fellowship (Online Mode) at Woxsen University is designed for highly motivated scholars who have recently completed their doctoral studies and wish to further strengthen their research portfolio. This is a developmental position with no honorarium, primarily aimed at providing early-career researchers an opportunity to engage in independent research, collaborate with Woxsen faculty, and publish impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent and collaborative research aligned with Woxsen University's priority research areas.
  • Publish high-quality research in reputed peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and other scholarly outlets.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects, research proposals, and grant applications in collaboration with faculty.
  • Participate in online research seminars, workshops, and academic discussions hosted by Woxsen.
  • Mentor postgraduate and doctoral students where relevant, in line with research supervision guidelines.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary projects and knowledge dissemination activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Ph.D. awarded within the last 5 years in a relevant discipline (Humanities, Social Sciences, Business, Technology, Sciences, or related areas).
  • Strong academic publication record in reputed journals.
  • Demonstrated research capability and alignment with Woxsen University's research thrust areas.
  • Proficiency in academic writing, data analysis, and use of digital/online research tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/online environment.

Duration of Fellowship

  • Minimum: 6 months
  • Maximum: 2 years (renewable based on performance and mutual agreement)
