About the RoleAs a seasoned Full Stack Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers in the development and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions. You will work closely with the Solution Architect to align technical strategies with business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, with expertise in Java, Typescript/Python, and experience with Azure, Cloudflare, and other related technologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage technical teams are essential for success in this role.This is a contract position with an expected duration of 6 months or more, extendable based on performance and business needs.Responsibilities:Conduct code reviews, contribute to writing code, and ensure proficiency in Java and at least one additional language (Typescript or Python).Develop a basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code and deploy code efficiently with CI/CD pipelines.Define and write APIs, with a basic understanding of networks and CDN configurations (specifically Cloudflare).Manage the technical team and collaborate with the Solution Architect to align technical strategies with business objectives.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to build trust and facilitate smooth project execution.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in full stack development with Java, Typescript/Python, and experience with Azure, Cloudflare, and related technologies.Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical teams.Experience with defining and writing APIs, as well as setting up CDN configurations (Cloudflare).Basic understanding of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipeline management.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Benefits:This is a remote contract position, offering flexibility and autonomy.
