Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and experienced Designer & Video Editor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of B2B marketing work, with a focus on creating high-quality visual and video content for YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.The role involves designing static and motion assets for various formats, including social media posts, case studies, decks, email banners, and web/landing page visuals. You will also be responsible for editing podcasts and turning them into short-form clips, as well as creating clean, on-brand sales presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides.In addition to your design and video skills, you should be comfortable working with international clients and remote teams, and have excellent communication skills with very strong written and spoken English.Key responsibilities:Edit long-form podcast episodes into polished video and audio outputsCut long-form content into short clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and InstagramAdd branding, lower-thirds, animations, intros/outros and hooks to make content scroll-stoppingCreate static and motion assets for: posts and carousels, case studies and one-pagers, email banners and simple web/landing page visuals, YouTube thumbnails and cover graphics, Develop and maintain visual identities for Kandidly's own contentCreate clean, on-brand sales presentations in PowerPoint/Google SlidesSupport the wider design/creative team on client work during busy periods, Adapt and localise existing brand assets for different formats and platforms, Prepare assets for paid campaigns (static, simple animated and short-form video where needed)What we're looking for:4–5 years of experience as a Designer / Video Editor (or similar hybrid role)Strong portfolio of B2B marketing work (non-negotiable) – e.g. agencies, consultancies, professional services, B2B events etc.Proven experience editing podcasts or long-form talking-head contentProven experience producing short-form vertical content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels and Comfortable working with UK or international clients and remote teamsBenefits:Fully remote role based in IndiaWork laptop providedStable internet connection and good/reliable electricity connection or inverter requiredOthers:Excellent communication skills, with very strong written and spoken EnglishReliable and punctual – you do what you say you'll do, on the timeline agreedStrong eye for detail: typography, spacing, colour and audio levels matter to you
