Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at COLIWO in Pune. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies for the company.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
  • Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • Experience in managing and overseeing various digital marketing channels
  • Experience in managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
  • Film, edit, and add effects to video footage.
  • Keep up-to-date with graphic design techniques and new trends.
  • Create social media short videos and reel series.
  • Integrate dialogue, sound, and effects into videos.
  • Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
  • Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
  • Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe
  • Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
  • Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
  • Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
