Job TitleGTM Expert Lead - Global Trade Compliance SpecialistOverviewAs a seasoned GTM expert lead, you will spearhead the implementation, enhancement, and upgrade of Oracle GTM systems for global trade compliance and logistics processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and configure GTM modules, including Product Classification, Restricted Party Screening (RPS), Trade Compliance Rules, License Management, and Trade Agreements.Collaborate with stakeholders to map requirements to Oracle GTM functionalities and perform system configuration, testing, and end-user training.Troubleshoot GTM issues and provide functional/technical support to ensure compliance with global trade regulations and process best practices.Requirements6+ years of expertise in Oracle GTM functional consulting.Strong knowledge in global trade compliance, customs, supply chain, and logistics, along with GTM module configuration skills.Understanding of Oracle OTM and its integration with GTM, ability to analyze, design, and implement GTM-based solutions.Strong debugging, issue resolution, and business communication skills, with experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.Bonus PointsFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologies.Experience with cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
