Reports to: Brand Director/ Brand Manager

Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute. (Can even consider Interior Designer)

Drawing inspiration from their roots and a desire to defy conventional norms, the company has carved out a niche in the luxury market, offering custom trunks for travel, games, bars, and more. Their products are designed to capture and reflect the emotions and passions of collectors, travelers, and enthusiasts, making each piece a work of art.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients, associates, and industry professionals to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of the luxury, design, art, and craft sectors to enhance brand perception.
  • Serve as an outstanding storyteller, effectively conveying the brand's principles, positioning, and values.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure brand differentiation in the market.
  • Manage relationships with UHNI, international clients, and interior designers in a B2C context.
  • Utilize Google Sheets or CRM software for efficient client management and reporting.
  • Analyze client lifestyles and requirements, using strong interpersonal skills to close deals.
  • Travel as needed (2-4 days per month) to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Skills:

  • Strong understanding of luxury, design, art, and craft industries.
  • Expertise in brand principles, including positioning, values, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience dealing with UHNI, international clients, and interior designers.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills for understanding client needs and closing deals.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 days a month.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.

  • Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the brand.


Major Responsibilities:


1. Generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services.

* Preferred candidate with a basic understanding of drawings & layouts.

2. Handle client feedback & grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.

3. Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on appointment & virtual meetings

4. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.

5. Preparation of client briefing documents and timely organizing documents required for client communication. Ensure that all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines.

6. Prepare presentations & keep database updates all the time

7. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and anticipate challenges & potential client issues.

8. Handle end-to-end client journey from client appointments to post-delivery satisfaction and all other pre & post-sales activities.

9. Represent the Brand in International Art & Design events and private previews.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
