Procurement ManagerWe are hiring for a leading public health organization. Roles and Responsibilities include:Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering, and field operations.Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships for long-term partnerships.Manage procurement for all program-related needs including printing of informational materials, training kits, and supplies.Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops, and district/block level training (venues, accommodation, meals, transport, etc.)Ensure transparent documentation—purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.Develop & implement procurement policies and procedures & ensure they are followed and updated as per organizational guidelines.Qualification & Skills include:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or public sector.Experience managing procurement for field operations, training, and printing preferred.Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
