Job Title: Graphic DesignerWe are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, designing and evolving our visual identity.Key Responsibilities:Think, act and design for digital environments.Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines.Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics (still & motion) to support superior digital & performance marketing.Independently perform med-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer centric.Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels.Ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create high quality creative outcomes.Analyze, report and improve your designs; iteratively with each initiative.Required Skills and Qualifications:A powerful portfolio demonstrating your creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise; preferably with business cases.High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics.0 to 1 years of experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor.Benefits:As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Others:We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
