Our collaborative approach tackles challenging global IT projects efficiently with our state-of-the-art technology partnerships.We need detail-oriented individuals with in-depth experience managing enterprise environments for Oracle Exadata lifecycle management. This role involves ownership of Exadata builds including planning and installation through operational support and handoff to DBA teams.Key Responsibilities:Exadata Deployment & Architecture:Lead deployment of new systems including farm design and capacity planning.Prepare installation artifacts like CPFs and OEDA configurations.Finalize system hostnames and IP addresses following network allocation.Update DNS entries for all components and spine/leaf switches.Pre-Installation Activities:Open Service Requests and upload documentation.Run CheckIP scripts and upload results.Create Change Requests for site teams to install spine switches.Coordinate switch configuration with Oracle.Rack Installation Preparation:Submit requests for multiracking activities.Create Change Requests for Oracle to perform EIS.Create requests for site teams to install management switches.System Build (OneCommand):Execute OneCommand to build the database environment.Onboarding & Configuration:Configure Exadata components using automation.Onboard components into ASR, CMS, and OEM.Pre-Handover to DBA Team:Run health checks and upload output.Perform LTS checks.Ensure documentation is completed prior to handoff.Operational Support:Create and manage issues or break/fix activities.Collect diagnostic data across hardware, OS, and database layers.Conduct follow-up on active issues to ensure timely resolution.Coordinate maintenance windows and downtime.Add newly built systems to OEM monitoring.
