About the Role: Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Play the solution architect role on o9 implementation projects.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements, carry out fit-gap analysis, design and document solution and guide configuration team to implement the solution.
  • Drive conversations with client business stakeholders.
  • Work with development functions- business lines- product teams and technology stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps.
  • Drive designs that balance business efficiency- system performance.


Technical Experience :

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience of implementing o9 and similar other SCM software solutions in client environments.
  • Should have played Solution Architect / Sr Solution Consultant / Sr Solution Configuration role in at least 2 o9 implementation projects.
  • Strong experience in implementing one or more business processes such as Demand Planning/Forecasting, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SOP etc.
  • Strong design and software configuration skills and good command over ref models.

Experience: 10 to15 Years

Educational Qualification: BTech/BE/MCA
