As an Enterprise AI Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing the Moveworks platform, delivering AI-powered solutions that transform employee experiences.About the RoleYou will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using the Moveworks platform.As a technical expert, you will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform through on-the-job training and hands-on experience.You will collaborate with international colleagues and customers to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure seamless integration across platforms.Your role will involve building AI agents on the Moveworks platform, working on new implementations, and utilizing your software development skills to enhance our product portfolio.You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage expertise in software development to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using the Moveworks platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic solutions.Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.Maintain and enhance existing solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Excellent back-end software development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang).Experience with APIs and integrations, including understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT).Understanding of JSON & XML and experience using API tools like Postman or Insomnia.Excellent written and communication skills, as well as good technical documentation skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a general understanding of AI technologies and terminologies.Bonus PointsIf you have prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company, development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), or experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, etc., we would love to hear from you
