Experience a collaborative environment where your expertise bridges business, technology, and operations & Advance your career in a fast-paced setting, delivering solutions and driving operational excellence.Job SummaryAs a Trading Services Analyst within Trading Services, you serve as a vital resource for front office and client-facing stakeholders., You act as the liaison between business, technology, control partners, and operations, ensuring seamless trade execution & Your responsibilities include investigating inquiries, monitoring trade flows, and maintaining a strong understanding of trading platforms.Job Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end trade flow support globallyMonitor ongoing support needs and address gapsDrive continuous improvement and risk reductionEnsure accurate and timely escalation of inquiriesAddress ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front officeFacilitate training for new application usersCollaborate to determine priorities and release schedulesDetail requirements for future enhancements and productsInvestigate and resolve trade execution issuesCommunicate solutions in person, by phone, and by emailMaintain fundamental understanding of trading platforms and systemsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsDemonstrate minimum 2 years of financial industry experienceHold a Bachelor's degreeApply in-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologiesOperate as a highly disciplined self-starterExecute assignments independently and professionallyExhibit attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsCommunicate effectively with all levels within the businessPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsDisplay excellent organizational and time management skillsCollaborate as a team player with strong work ethicAdapt to flexible, dynamic environmentsThink creatively and strategically to solve challengesFacilitate training and onboarding for new usersAddress complex queries with clarity and professionalismDrive process improvements and operational efficiency
