Cloud HCM Lead RoleA leading organization is hiring for a Cloud HCM Lead to manage the entire hire to retire cycle. This involves overseeing multiple modules including Benefits, Compensation, US payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in HCM with a minimum of 2 successful implementations under their belt. Immediate joiners or those with shorter notice periods are preferred.The Cloud HCM Lead must possess in-depth knowledge of the hire to retire cycle, covering all aspects from recruitment to employee offboarding. This includes working expertise in one or more of the following modules: Benefits, Compensation, US payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.The role requires strong business process understanding and data flow management within the HCM cloud platform.The Cloud HCM Lead will interact with customers in workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases. Strong communication, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, organizational awareness, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire hire to retire cycle within the HCM cloud platform.Oversee multiple modules including Benefits, Compensation, US payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.Ensure seamless integration of these modules.Develop and implement strategies for improved employee lifecycle management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.Provide thought leadership on best practices in HCM cloud implementation.
