Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Executive / Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s online presence, engaging our community, and supporting business objectives through compelling content and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Create engaging, high-quality, and brand-aligned content (text, image, and video) in collaboration with the design and content teamsPlan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals and product launchesManage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including scheduling, posting, and community engagementMonitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similarStay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practicesManage social media budgets and paid campaigns in coordination with digital advertising teams (if applicable)Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagementMonitor competitor activity and audience preferences to optimize strategyHandle crisis communication or negative feedback on social platforms in line with brand voice and company policyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field2–5 years of proven experience in a social media role (Executive or Manager level)Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their analytics toolsExperience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)Excellent copywriting and communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of SEO, social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and email marketing is a plus.Please share your resume on vrushali.mahale@sspu.ac.in.
