The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, exceptional writing skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality documentation.Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, API documentation, release notes and other product-related materials.Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.Translate technical concepts and specifications into clear, concise and user-friendly documentation for various audiences.Organize and structure content effectively to facilitate easy navigation and comprehension.Review and edit documentation for grammar, clarity, consistency and adherence to style guidelines.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve documentation quality and processes.Participate in the planning and execution of documentation projects, including prioritizing tasks, estimating timelines and tracking progress.Provide guidance and support to junior members of the documentation team as needed.The Technical Documentation Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product documentation meets industry standards and supports the needs of our customers, partners and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain technical documentation.Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.Translate technical concepts and specifications.Organize and structure content effectively.Review and edit documentation.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.Participate in the planning and execution of documentation projects.Provide guidance and support to junior team members.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.Strong understanding of technology and software applications.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a global organization on exciting projects.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development opportunities.
