Job Role OverviewThe role of the Oracle OTM Techno-Functional specialist involves overseeing upgrade projects, designing functional enhancements, and optimizing database performance. Key responsibilities include leading OTM upgrade efforts to version 6.5.3, designing and implementing tailored enhancements, performing comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations, and collaborating on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead OTM upgrade efforts to version 6.5.3.Design and implement functional enhancements tailored to business needs.Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and support ongoing operations.Document solutions and support knowledge transfer.Required QualificationsA minimum of 4-7 years of experience in OTM, including at least two full upgrade lifecycles.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.A background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can contribute to the success of our organization.
