We are hiring a full-time, on-site Accountant for our Kolkata office at Alphatech Solutions. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and analyze financial data. In addition, this role will involve ensuring tax compliance, handling ancillary administrative duties, and supporting HR-related tasks as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records and ensure they are up to date.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including monthly and annual accounts.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST, etc.).
  • Support HR tasks, such as payroll processing and leave management.
  • Handle administrative duties like vendor coordination and document management.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Taxation, and Budgeting.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with financial software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience (1-3 years) in a similar role is preferred, but FRESHERS are also welcome
