Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Growth & Outreach Intern (B2B). In this role, you will play a key part in helping us reach HR leaders across India, UAE, and the US.The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, be able to build and organize lead lists for different markets, draft personalized messages for emails, assist in running outreach campaigns and follow-ups, engage with prospects to book demo calls, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and support small branding and communication tasks when needed.Key Responsibilities:Research potential companies and decision-makersBuild and organize lead lists for different marketsDraft personalized messages for email campaignsAssist in running outreach campaigns and follow-upsEngage with prospects to book demo callsMaintain accurate records in our CRMSupport small branding and communication tasks when neededRequired Skills and Qualifications:We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently.
