### *About the Role:*We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with at least 1 year of experience to join our mobile app development team. You will be responsible for developing cross-platform applications for Android and iOS using Flutter, and working closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and the product team.### *Key Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code.* Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.* Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.* Debug and resolve technical issues.* Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.### *Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* Minimum 1 year of experience in Flutter and Dart development.* Experience with Git, RESTful APIs, and JSON.* Understanding of mobile app lifecycle, architecture, and state management (Provider, BLoC, or GetX preferred).* Basic knowledge of native Android/iOS development is a plus.* Familiarity with Firebase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms.* Ability to write clean and well-documented code.* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.### *Nice to Have:** Experience in publishing apps to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.* Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for mobile.* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.### *Perks & Benefits:** Flexible working hours / Remote-friendly* Career growth opportunities* Learning and development support* Team outings and tech meetups
