The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, personality development, workplace etiquette, and overall professional grooming.Conduct interactive training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.Develop and deliver training modules on topics such as time management, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, customer service, and presentation skills.Assess learners' performance through activities, role plays, group discussions, and feedback sessions.Customize training programs based on organizational or student requirements.Mentor and guide learners to build confidence, improve public speaking, and enhance overall professional behavior.Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools.Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.Stay updated with industry trends and innovative training techniquesJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
