Strategic Cafe Operations Director

We are currently seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the establishment of 200 food brand cafeterias across India. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional planning and execution skills, as well as expertise in vendor partnerships and operational setup.This leadership role involves identifying prime locations, designing layouts, and collaborating with architects, fabricators, and vendors to set up cafeterias/kiosks. Key responsibilities include negotiating site contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and overseeing kiosk staff operations.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily operations, procuring equipment, hiring and training staff, and implementing quality control measures.Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this individual will require strong business acumen, financial management skills, and experience in managing multiple coffee shops or restaurants.The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field and possess 15-20 years of experience in food businesses or franchise setup/operations.
