Allegis is partnering with one of the leading Product based beauty care client, headquartered in France, currently expanding their development center in Hyderabad, India. We are seeking to fill the position of Integration Tech Lead. Position Details: Role: Integration Tech Lead Experience: 12 to 18 years Location: Hyderabad, India (Permanent Role) About the Opportunity: Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of integration developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering their professional growth. Promote best practices in integration development, testing and deployment. Hands-on Development: Actively participate in the development of critical integration components, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to integration flows and platform stability. Project Delivery & Collaboration: Partner closely with business analysts, solution architects and other development teams to understand requirements, define scope, and ensure timely and successful delivery of integration projects. Standards & Governance: Enforce integration standards, patterns, and governance policies provided by L’Oréal Integration Global team to ensure consistency, reusability and adherence to enterprise architectural principles. Troubleshooting & Support: Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues related to ESB based flows or other technology in scope providing expert diagnosis and resolution. Required Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms, specifically: Tibco: Strong expertise in Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS and related Tibco products. (This Tibco expertise car be challenged with another equivalent technology as we are progressively moving to a custom framework and Workato) XSLT: Deep understanding and experience with building integration flows on Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions, particularly those leveraging XSLT for data transformation and routing. Workato iPaaS: Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations and automations using Workato iPaaS. Development and Automation pro certifications are required APIGEE, Confluent Kafka, IBM Sterling knowledge are a plus Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs (REST, SOAP), streaming, message queues and event-driven architectures. Experience with various data formats (XML, JSON, CSV). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Multi-cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across different geographies and teams.
