This individual will be responsible for identifying exceptional caregiver talent, managing their onboarding process, and scheduling them effectively to meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough phone screenings and video interviews with caregiver candidates to assess their communication skills, caregiving experience, professionalism, and cultural fit.Manage the end-to-end hiring workflow from sourcing to selection, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.Coordinate onboarding and documentation for newly hired caregivers, guaranteeing compliance with internal processes.Maintain accurate caregiver records within internal systems.Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies based on client requirements, caregiver availability, skill needs, and location.Communicate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflows and optimal outcomes.Requirements:Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and schedule caregivers efficiently.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Knowledge of senior care industry standards and best practices.Availability to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time hours, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST, Monday through Saturday, to support client needs and daily operations.Benefits:Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A supportive and dynamic work environment.Competitive compensation packages and benefits.Why Join Us?By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
