The ideal candidate will lead design and development efforts for mission-critical applications, mentor junior team members, and drive delivery from development through post-deployment support.Key Skills (Mandatory):10+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation using Java & J2EE7+ years of hands-on experience with Java Servlets, JMS, EJB, JUnit, Design PatternsStrong experience in REST & SOAP Web ServicesExpertise in Java frameworks: Spring, Spring Batch, Struts, Hibernate7+ years of experience working with Java Application Servers such as WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic5+ years of experience with JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS3+ years of experience with UI frameworks such as Angular or jQuery2+ years of experience in cloud-based microservices architecture, preferably on Microsoft Azure5+ years of experience in RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL), including data modeling, stored procedures, functions, and triggersStrong knowledge of Design PatternsGood understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)Solid understanding of Web Security standards (OWASP)Excellent oral and written communication skillsResponsibilities:Analyze business and technical requirements and provide accurate effort estimatesDesign scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions (high-level and low-level designs)Prepare and own design and technical documentation as project deliverablesConduct design reviews and act as the owner of design artifactsPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesMentor and guide junior team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveryLead and support activities across the full lifecycle, from development to post-deployment support
