Job Description:


We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team at IshqME. In this role, you will oversee, analyze, and optimize various marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, email, Meta, and Google. You will be key in analysing marketing initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving customer retention and acquisition through automation and data-driven decisions.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Preparation & Monitoring: Build and manage dashboards for all paid marketing efforts across WhatsApp, email, Meta, and Google.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyse data in real-time to identify areas of improvement, suggest scaling up campaigns, or pause them to optimize budget use.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with key stakeholders.
  • WhatsApp & Email Campaigns: Ideate and execute WhatsApp and email campaigns through automation tools.
  • Automation for Retention & Acquisition: Build and implement automation flows to drive customer retention and acquisition.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with marketing agencies, conveying campaign goals, prerequisites, and budgets while syncing daily to discuss performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and deliver campaign requirements on time.
  • Meta & Google Analytics: Monitor and interpret KPIs from Meta campaigns and analyze website metrics through Google Analytics for actionable insights.
  • Ad Hoc Marketing Tasks: Take on additional marketing-related tasks as needed.
  • Copywriting: Create engaging copy for marketing campaigns and messaging as needed.
  • CRO Testing: Create tests and Analyze user journeys to understand user behaviour on-site to improve user experience and conversion metrics


Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in marketing platforms (WhatsApp, email, Meta, Google).
  • Strong analytical skills for real-time data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign automation tools.
  • Ability to coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Meta and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and campaign coordination.
  • Copywriting abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work as a team player.


Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with customer retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Experience working with marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Background in e-commerce or retail marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset.
