Expertise in Absence Management and Time TrackingAbsence Management ConsultantWe seek a seasoned expert with expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Absence Management.The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of functional requirements and technical specifications for absence management systems, as well as hands-on experience integrating with ADP Payroll solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAbsence Management Configuration:Configure and implement Oracle Absence Management Cloud to ensure seamless integration with client-specific policies and statutory requirements.Time Tracking and Approval Processes:Set up approval workflows, time tracking, and efficient data transfer between Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll.Functional and Technical AnalysisCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements related to absence management, time tracking, and payroll integration.Translate these requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions to bridge the gap between HR needs and system capabilities.System Customization and Integration SupportCustomize and configure Oracle Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll integration to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.Oversee data migration activities for Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules to ensure accurate transfer of historical data.Testing and TroubleshootingConduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Absence, OTL, and ADP Payroll.Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve technical or functional issues.User Training and DocumentationDevelop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end users on Oracle Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll integration.Provide clear documentation on system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure smooth user adoption.Ongoing Support and OptimizationProvide post-implementation support for Oracle Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll systems.Work with teams to continuously optimize processes and improve system performance.
