Accounting ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled Accounting Professional to join our team.The primary focus of this role is to maintain daily accounting records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in income, expenses, and purchases. This includes reconciliation activities, preparation of statutory returns, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and systematic documentation.Perform daily accounting entries including expense booking, income booking, and purchase booking.Maintain accurate classification of ledger heads and ensure error-free data entry.Conduct periodic reconciliation of income, expenses, bank statements, vendor and customer balances, and GST.Key Responsibilities:Day-to-Day ActivitiesEnsure timely collection and verification of bills/invoices from relevant departments.Preparation of statutory returns, including monthly GST return and quarterly TDS return.Assist in handling GST and TDS queries and maintaining working papers.Requirements:Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the travel industry.Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST & TDS).Strong attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs.Ability to maintain organized documentation and meet deadlines.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team.Professional growth and development.Competitive compensation package.Others:Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
