DFT Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing the design for test process across various product lines.Key Responsibilities:Developing and implementing DFT strategies to ensure high-quality products meet market requirements.Mentoring team members on DFT concepts, tools, and methodologies to enhance their skills and knowledge.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT into the overall product development lifecycle.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve DFT capabilities and competitiveness.Requirements:Minimum 7-15 years of experience in DFT roles or related fields.Expertise in test mode timing constraints definition and corrective actions for timing violations.Experience in scripting languages such as Perl, Shell, or similar.Knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules, and RTL lint tools like Spyglass.Work Environment:Dynamic international team environment with opportunities for growth and development.Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies while maintaining excellent problem-solving skills.Frequent communication and collaboration with colleagues to achieve common goals.
