**Job Title:** Oracle Technical Support – Sales & DistributionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to customers across various Oracle EBS modules.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 and experience in supporting multiple modules, particularly Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains. Additionally, they should be proficient in managing inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes using SQL/PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.The selected individual will be able to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective resolutions. They will also have the ability to independently manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
