Our platform has millions of monthly active users and a vast creator community.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, Develop, Maintain: Highly responsive and interactive web applications that meet the needs of our diverse user base.Collaborate: Closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences that drive engagement and retention.Own End-to-End Delivery: From technical design to deployment and monitoring, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.Optimize: Speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility for a seamless user experience.Write Clean Code: Using modern web frameworks and tools, maintaining clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Proactively Identify Issues: Performance bottlenecks and bugs, resolving them promptly to ensure a smooth user experience.Mentor Junior Engineers: Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to foster growth and knowledge sharing within the team.RequirementsExperience: 4–6 years of frontend development experience with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and modern web ecosystems.State Management: Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.Web Performance: Solid understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and SEO best practices.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.Frontend Build Tools: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, etc.Testing Frameworks: Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).UX/UI Sense: A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail.Nice to HaveServer-Side Rendering: Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js).Internationalization: Exposure to internationalization, A/B testing, and analytics integration.Fast-Paced Environments: Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
