Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content creation, particularly in logistics, supply chain, or technology-related fields, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive learner who is willing to take initiative and collaborate effectively with the team.


Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and generate engaging content for our website, blogs, social media, and other platforms.
  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends, competitors, and the overall industry.
  • Create organic, highly effective content on a wide range of topics to support and promote our services.
  • Develop technical documentation for our technology and core product offerings.
  • Proofread and edit content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Analyze content performance on different channels and suggest improvements to increase meaningful audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative content strategies.
  • Grow an engaged audience by providing regular, helpful content aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Manage social media platforms and create an effective content calendar to drive engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Optimize content for search engines and lead generation with a good understanding of SEO principles.
  • Apply storytelling concepts such as teasers, structure, flow, and audience targeting.
  • Build and manage an online community, including newsletters, emails, and blogs.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in content marketing.
  • Prior experience required in B2B and SAAS
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven content marketing experience for the web and specific channels (blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain is required.
  • Experience with SEO and growth hacking is an asset.
  • A background in journalism and editorial experience is an asset.
  • Experience in building online communities and managing social media content, calendars, and newsletters is required.
  • Ability to work quickly, pay attention to details, be creative, and produce thoughtful content consistently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
