This innovative platform standardizes and accelerates AI deployments across the enterprise.We are seeking an elite system architect who can optimize the AI core of our platform for extreme scalability.The ideal candidate will own the engineering force behind the platform's next evolution, focusing on deep system architecture and making distributed systems behave efficiently.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Architecting and optimizing high-scale agentic orchestration runtimesDesigning and implementing ultra-low-latency, high-throughput backend systemsWorking with Python and Golang to build core orchestration, scheduling, and messaging layersLeading performance engineering: profiling, caching, concurrency, queuing, and cold-start optimizationPartnering with the AI team to bring agentic workflows to lifeGuiding engineering decisions around Kubernetes, multi-tenant SaaS, observability, and cloud infrastructureRequired Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in building high-scale distributed systems or real-time platformsDeep expertise in system design, architecture, performance optimization, and scalability patternsHands-on mastery of Golang and PythonStrong understanding of cloud-native architecture: Kubernetes, microservices, queues, caches, load balancingExperience in building backend systems handling large volumes of events, messages, or workflowsAbility to take ambiguous product architecture and make it clean, reliable, and elegantBenefits:Meaningful equity and competitive payHuge ownership in architecture and technical decisionsOpportunity to define a new enterprise category: Agentic AI InfrastructureOthers:This role requires an elite systems engineer who can learn agentic concepts and drive innovation.
