Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a talented individual to support portfolio managers in trade execution and operational processes. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in markets and trading.Execute and monitor trades/algorithms as instructed by the Portfolio Manager with accuracy and timeliness.Manage, upload, and reconcile trades and profit and loss reports.Coordinate with counterparties, including brokers and operations teams, on trade settlement and risk reconciliation.Perform trade and strategy analysis to support portfolio decision-making.Apply programming skills to automate trade/strategy processes and reporting.Ensure compliance with internal controls and operational procedures.QualificationsMBA from top business schools in India (2025 or 2024 graduates preferred).Theoretical and/or practical knowledge of financial products - derivatives, fixed income, equities.Programming knowledge (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL) to support automation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.Why Apply?This opportunity will allow you to develop your career in a dynamic and challenging environment, working closely with experienced professionals who can provide guidance and support.
