Machine Learning Infrastructure SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining end-to-end machine learning pipelines, model serving, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning models.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines from training to deployment.Build and operate model serving systems, including APIs, workers, and streaming consumers.Set up CI/CD pipelines with proper testing, versioning, and rollback for machine learning models.Own monitoring and observability for latency, drift, failures, and business KPIs.Collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to productionize notebooks into hardened services.Optimize cloud cost and performance across compute, storage, and models.Requirements3+ years of experience in backend, DevOps, or ML Ops.Strong Python skills, with bonus points for Node.js/TypeScript and cloud expertise (GCP/AWS/Azure).Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes or Cloud Run.Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).Familiarity with data and machine learning tooling (Airflow/Prefect, MLflow/W&B, BigQuery or similar).What You'll GetCompetitive pay and 100% remote work arrangements.Direct ownership of core AI infrastructure for a real product, not research projects.A small, fast-paced team where your decisions have a direct impact on the system.Curiosity about human-AI interaction and conversational design.
