About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Administrator with 6+ years of expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Red Hat OpenShift, and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM).

Requirements:

· 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenShift Administration

· Proficient in ITIL Service Management, including incident, problem, and change management

· Extensive experience managing Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters (3.x and 4.x) and using Terraform

· Skilled in installing and upgrading OpenShift/Kubernetes through both manual and automated methods

· Solid understanding of migrating and transitioning Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure

· Experience in maintaining and developing Docker images/containers for various technology stacks

· Competent in setting up and managing Docker private repositories and creating Docker files for custom images

· Proficient in building and configuring Kubernetes-based infrastructure, including DNS, Kube Proxy, and Ingress

· Knowledgeable in Linux systems and scripting

· Familiar with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Chef

· Experienced in automating containerized systems using CI/CD tools, Helm charts, and managing deployments and rollbacks

· Understanding of OpenShift project onboarding, authentication, role and role bindings, and certificate installation

· Skilled in Red Hat OpenShift performance tuning and capacity/availability management

· Experience with migrating OpenShift from lower to higher versions

· Azure Cloud experience is a plus

· Expertise in OpenShift security management
